Heather Ozur is an accomplished REALTOR® with more than 25 years of experience in residential real estate, serving clients across the Greater Palm Springs and Greater San Diego regions of California. She currently serves as Director of Real Estate Operations for Realty of America (ROA). In her role at ROA, Heather leads agent training, strategic growth, and operational excellence across the company.

A passionate advocate for real estate professionals and industry innovation, Heather has held numerous leadership roles, including 2025 President and 2022-2023 Treasurer of the California Association of REALTORS®, 2019 National President of the Women’s Council of REALTORS®, and 2010 and 2011 President of the California Desert Association of REALTORS®. Her national influence includes serving as a Director of the National Association of REALTORS® and participating in key committees, including Strategic Planning and RPAC. She is a graduate of the NAR Leadership Academy and a member of the RPAC Golden R President’s Circle Hall of Fame.

Outside of real estate, Heather is a devoted mom, fitness enthusiast, speaker, and mentor who brings energy, strategy, and heart to everything she does.
